About the Trust

Committed to consumer protection

Grahak Sewa Pratishthan is a public charitable trust, registered in 2011, working to protect consumer rights through awareness, legal guidance, research and training.

Introduction

A platform for India’s consumer movement

An aware consumer is the first requirement of an exploitation-free India. Many organisations work in this direction. This Trust — Grahak Sewa Pratishthan — was formed to give the country’s consumer movement a platform for enlightenment, guidance and expression.

The Trust works as a bridge — building a secure and empowered society through research and training. It is a public charitable trust and functions on a non-profit basis, without discrimination of religion, caste, community, gender or social status.
