We do not use your information for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Payments

Online payments on this website are processed by our payment gateway provider. Your card, UPI, net-banking and other payment credentials are collected and processed directly by the payment gateway under its own security standards.

We do not store payment credentials

The Trust does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password at any time. We retain only the transaction reference, amount, date and status needed to issue your receipt and confirm your order.

5. When we share information

We share your information only where it is necessary, and only to the extent necessary:

  • With our payment gateway provider, to process a payment you have initiated.

6. How we protect your information

  • The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
  • Account passwords are stored in hashed form and never in plain text.
  • Course material, purchased literature and certificates are delivered through an authenticated, session-checked route rather than a public link.
  • Access to personal data within the Trust is limited to those who need it to carry out their duties.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and thereafter for as long as required to meet legal, accounting, audit or record-keeping obligations. Enrolment, examination and certificate records are retained longer, because a certificate may need to be verified or reissued at a later date.

8. Your rights

  • You may ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • You may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • You may ask us to delete information, where we are not required to retain it by law or for certificate verification.
