Where it goes

What your donation supports

The trust works across Madhya Pradesh on three fronts.

Awareness camps

Ward and village camps that tell consumers what the Consumer Protection Act actually entitles them to, and how to use it.

Legal guidance

Helping complainants work out which forum their dispute belongs before, and drafting a complaint that will not be returned on a technicality.

Publications & library

Grahak Arth, the trust's consumer magazine, along with the reference library of judgements and consumer literature.

Other ways to give

In person, or by cheque

Donations are voluntary

A donation is a voluntary gift to the trust and is not a payment for goods or services. If a payment is made in error, write to the office within 7 days and we will look into it.
